    Living room

    Modern & comfortable

The living room is a lovely space to relax in, cosy and warm with the central heating, or snuggle up with the gas fire. The room has 2 x two seater sofas, coffee table, TV with DVD, a range of books and DVD's to borrow, and interesting artwork inspired by the seaside location.

    Dining room

    Two rooms in one

Generous proportioned dining table with 6 chairs, ideal for a celebratory meal. The room also has a snug area where you can curl up with a book in a comfy leather armchair, whilst the rest of the family are watching a film next door.

    Well equipped

A decent sized galley kitchen, the kitchen is well equipped with all you might need for a week or two away, nice crockery, pans and cutlery. There is a fridge freezer, oven with grill & also washing machine. The nice feature of this room is the amount of light, there are two windows, so the room feels spacious.

    Clean & welcoming

With a white suite, comprising w.c, pedstal basin and bath. It's a bathroom! Not much more to say, other than the shower is powerful and the towels we provide are large & fluffy.

    Hallway & Landing

Walking in to the front door there is space to hang coats, but better than that, by the back door is a whole area for wet things from the beach, take your swimming/wellies/surfing gear off, and hang to dry. The stairs and landing are all newly carpeted.

    Don't feel crowded

With a garden and bench area to the front, feel like sitting out with your fish and chips, watching the world go by, or just soaking up the sunshine, this is a great spot. At the back is a yard which is enclosed and where you can lock your bike or surf board up.

    Bring your best friend too

We welcome well behaved dogs and provide bowls, mats and a dog gate on request. Cattersty Sands proves a very popular place to walk dogs, see link.
